We, deAsra Foundation (“deAsra”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), own, maintain and operate the website www.deasra.in and a newsletter website www.yashaswiudyojak.com (collectively referred to as “Website”). We at deAsra help entrepreneurs start, manage, and grow their businesses. Our Website provides information and end-to-end solutions for entrepreneurial ventures (“Services”). Our Services include entrepreneurial support services. funding, training, business management, legal compliances and other similar services.

        iv.     Recruitment purposes: We may collect certain Personal Information from you if you apply for a job at our Company through the careers page on our Website.

         v.     Social Media Platform : If you subscribe to our blog, newsletters or contact us through social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc. (“Social Media”), we may access to your Personal Information on such Social Media (such as your name, email id, and phone).

Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of any Personal Information transmitted as our systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues are possible and we will take measures to mitigate such incidents.

You are responsible for all actions that take place under your User Account. Therefore, we do not recommend that you disclose your User Account details and password to any third party. If you choose to share your User Account details and password or any Personal Information with third parties, you are solely responsible for the same. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions.
